BioTek opens online customer resource center

WINOOSKI, Vt.óBioTek Instruments has launched its online Customer Resource Center (CRC) with the idea of providing customers with access to information about their specific BioTek microplate instrumentation and software more quickly and efficiently. On the secure CRC site, customers can maintain an inventory of their products to access warranty information, user manuals and software updates as well as technical and application information. Additionally, users can track product orders and service maintenance. Service updates and other technical support needs are also available.
