Polycarbonate NUNC Cell Culture Inserts

Thermo Fisher Scientific introduces NUNC Cell Culture Inserts, now available with polycarbonate membranes. The inserts are ideal for cell interaction and cultivation studies in areas such as tissue engineering, co-cultivation, invasion, chemotaxis, and transport without the need for preparation with matrix coating. New polycarbonate membranes expand functionality and maneuverability to the NUNC Cell Culture Insert product line.á The new membranes are easily removed from the multi-well, Multidish design and are ideal for sectioning for transmission electron microscopy when using a glass knife.á The membranes have larger pore sizes that make them ideal for invasion and chemotaxis studies. NUNC Cell Culture Inserts with polycarbonate membranes are available in four (4) sizes, in either a 24-, 12-, or 6-well multidish configuration, with three (3) different pore sizes: 0.4, 3, and 8Ám. Packed in a multidish configuration, the NUNC polycarbonate Cell Culture Inserts are easy to use/access, sterile SAL 10-6, endotoxin-free, and surface treated for optimal cell attachment.
