The CompoZr Targeted Integration Kit-rRosa26 from Sigma Life
Science offers the ability to integrate transgenes into the Rosa26 safe harbor
locus in the rat genome. The CompoZr Zinc Finger Nucleases (ZFNs) technology
enables researchers to take a single copy of a transgene and target it to and
insert it in the Rosa26 safe harbor locus in the rat genome, offering increased
efficiency over traditional transgenic approaches. The kit includes necessary
ZFNs and donor plasmid for successful transgene integration by ZFN-assisted
homologous recombination.
