1 ul UV/Vis Spec Software, NanoDrop Technologies
February 2006
SHARING OPTIONS:

NanoDrop Technologies introduced new software for its NanoDrop ND-1000 UV/Vis Spectrophotometer, making it an even more powerful and convenient tool for measuring 1 ml samples. The most significant change in the ND-1000 version 3.2 software is the integration of a new data management tool. This new data viewer is similar to that already in use for the NanoDrop ND-3300 Fluorospectrometer, a recently-introduced instrument that uses the same 1 ml sample retention system for measuring fluorescence emission spectra. The data viewer enables the user to overlay current and archived spectra, plot data from archived files, choose which fields will be displayed, change incorrect sample names, and save user-configured reports. NanoDrop instruments are based on a unique and proprietary cuvette-less technology that allows one microliter samples to be pipetted directly onto the fiber optic measurement surface.
