Boehringer Ingelheim automates workflow with

GUILDFORD, U.K.—IDBS, a provider of drug discovery data management solutions, announced in mid-April that German pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim has purchased IDBS' predictive modeling technology PredictionBase for use at its Biberach an der Riss research site. Scientists at the Biberach facility, which focuses on research into central nervous system, metabolic and respiratory diseases, will use PredictionBase to build, deploy and distribute predictive ADME QSAR models using existing data. Boehringer Ingelheim said PredictionBase will provide the required predictive technology to integrate with existing Boehringer Ingelheim IT tools to form an automated workflow. Back |
